An initial deposit must be paid to guarantee the reservation, the remaining balance must be paid before the reservation becomes chargeable.

Upon arrival at the accommodation, or prior to the same via bank transfer, a deposit of €300 must be paid, which will be returned once the facilities have been checked after the stay within a period of no more than 7 days.

In the event of damage or missing objects, they will be deducted from the deposit amount of the deposit. If the amount of the damage exceeds the amount of the deposit, the accommodation reserves the right to invoice the difference.

Cancellations:
- Low Season rate, the reservation can be cancelled free of charge until 21:00 hours before 07 days of the day of arrival, less than 07 days before the day of arrival will incur a charge of 100% of the total.
- Advance Sale Rate, the reservation can be cancelled without charges until 9:00 p.m. 30 days before the day of arrival, less than 30 days before the day of arrival will incur a charge of 100% of the total.
- High Season rate, the reservation can be cancelled free of charge until 9:00 p.m. before 21 days from the day of arrival. Less than 21 days and until 9:00 p.m. before the day of arrival, the cancellation of the reservation will give the right to retain as compensation, incurring a charge of 50% of the total. From 21:00 hours before 07 days from the day of arrival, the reservation will incur 100% expenses.

Cancellations must always be made by e-mail, within the stipulated deadlines. The refund of the amounts paid will be made by the same means of payment as the initial deposit was made​.
